Welcome to my blog. I'm an erratic blogger - sometimes I write loads and sometimes I disappear for days on end. I write about anything that comes to mind - sometimes about life, sometimes about marriage, sometimes about food and sometimes just about things that have wound me up! I have no comments because I need no-one's opinion on my life - mine is the only opinion that counts.

I'm married to Tim (delivery driver and gorgeous musician), have 2 daughters, live on the south coast of the UK and have 1 aging cat (Hemmingway or Hemmy for short). I love reading, yoga, crafts, baking, daft old comedies, music and teaching.

If you want to contact me, email me at info(at)sarahsellers(dot)co(dot)uk (replace the at and dots as necessary!)

Better

mycutegraphics.com

Can't feel too crap for too long *smiles* - an afternoon of peace helped some, although when Tim came home we had to have a "discussion" which set me off a bit sad again but hay-ho *shrugs* He also brought the bill for Rosie's autumn term trampoline class. Fab.

Anyway, as I said, I am feeling marginally better than I was first thing this morning. Still got a lot on my mind and it's still a burden because it's not nice to have stuff which you could really do with talking about but not really being entirely sure who (if there is anyone!) to talk to it about. It's not great to bottle things up.

Still, it's a lovely sunny evening and I'm looking forward to getting the kids in bed (doesn't that sound awful! *laughs*) and having some dinner and ... sleeping ;)

"See" you tomorrow when hopefully I shall be considerably more perky!
