Whoops
Well, I've been doing fabulously well with losing a bit of weight and getting toned up (not that I'm huge anyway just a little overly-curvy). All my jeans now slip down and my stomach is flatter than it's been for ages and ages. I'm a happy bunny.
Everso slightly disappointed therefore to have given into the lure of Macdonalds this evening (mentally beats self up).
Tim was knackered when he got home from work and I was feeling unusually subdued (frankly, no idea why) and we couldn't be bothered to cook. So, since he had to pop to Sainsburys anyway, he decided to get Macdonalds for dinner as it's only over the road from the supermarket.
I ate the junk and now I feel ill. Why do I do it to myself?! NEVER again. Never. Again.
Anyway, I'm going to steer away from the subject of food before I feel any sicker.
Today, as I said, I felt subdued. Not angry or moody or even sad, just subdued, distracted and "in another world". It was like when someone says "you're sickening for something" ... except I've no idea what.
There was a seriously funny moment though. Sometime ago I MIGHT have told April some of the lyrics (ok, ok, I DID tell her the lyrics) to that ghastly song about the fast food ... "A Pizza Hut, A Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken and a Pizza Hut...." (bloody AWFUL!). So, Tim goes on to You Tube and finds the sodding thing and puts it on for April to dance round like a loon to. She ADORED it. I burst out laughing when I realised that Tim was sat with his eyes closed and his fingers in his ears! At the end April says "I LOVE that song!"..... Good lord girl! .............. "Macdonalds, Macdonalds! Kentucky Fried Chicken and a Pizza Hut ..."
Oh my bloody god, I'm back on to talking about Macdonalds again. Bleeuuurgh!
