NOTICE ON PICS - All pics on this blog (unless otherwise stated) are my personal work. DO NOT take pics from this blog without seeking my permission first! Bless you.

Welcome to my blog. It is updated weekly with pictures and projects from our homeschool - maybe you can find something to inspire you :) I have a (no longer updated) materials page elsewhere on my website and will, occasionally, post my homemade materials in this blog.

I'm married to Tim (delivery driver and gorgeous musician), have 2 daughters, live on the south coast of the UK and have 1 aging cat (Hemmingway or Hemmy for short). I love reading, yoga, crafts, baking, daft old comedies, music and teaching.

On this page you can find my homeschool blog, if you want to read my general, day-to-day blog, click the link below :)

All chocolated out!

.... well, ok, maybe not quite!

We had a very nice Easter - lots of chocolate (too much really as always!) and I did my usual "getting up at the crack of dawn to hide eggs in the garden". The kids wouldn't let me get away with not doing this I think!

Yesterday, we went and had lunch round Tim's mums and ended up being there for the rest of the afternoon. Tim played the piano lots, me and his mum chatted and all the kids went over the field for a run about with Uncle Rob who got roped into making daisy chains with April :) Today the weather was absolutely gorgeous and so it was a bit of a shame that poor old Tim had to go to work hehe! The kids spent most of the day outside and then later Rosie made shredded wheat chocolate nests for tea - these will probably be our last Easter treat this year I think!

Tomorrow afternoon, we're going to Honeybrook Farm - haven't been there for YEARS and hopefully there'll be lots of baby chicks and things to get soppy over :)
